I agree to participate in the Chandrashekhar Half Marathon (21.1 km) which is being organized in Ballia (U.P.) with full voluntary consent. The organizers will not be responsible for any accident, injury, bodily harm or death during the race. I also declare that I am physically fit for the said half marathon competition.

5th – Rs.10,000/-,
6th – Rs.5,000/-,
7th – Rs.2,500/-
Prizes for 8-15th are ₹ 2,000/- per player,
Prizes for 16-30st are ₹ 11,00/- per player
